Supplement plans work with your primary insurance to cover the out-of-pocket expenses inherent in all health insurance plans. Our plans were specifically designed with your TRICARE, CHAMPVA, or TRICARE Reserve Select benefits in mind. They wrap around your military retirement benefits to cover:

- other out-of-pocket expenses
- charges in excess* of those covered by TRICARE

Selman & Company's supplement is very easy to obtain and to use. Enrollment takes a few minutes and can be accomplished online or through the mail (see the links on this page). We have many payment options, including Electronic Funds Transfers which eliminate the need to receive a paper bill or write checks. Once you've enrolled in a supplement plan you can begin to use your new benefits.
Filing a claim is just as simple. You or your provider just needs to send us the bill and the TRICARE or CHAMPVA explanation of benefits (EOB). Our professionals will promptly process your claim and in most cases your check is in the mail in 5 or 6 business days.

Are You Eligible?
If you are eligible for TRICARE, CHAMPVA, or TRICARE Reserve Select you are eligible for one of our supplement plans. In addition, with TRICARE Young Adult coverage, you can keep dependents on your military benefits and our supplement plan until age 26.
