Selman & Company Supplement plans are a click away
Enrolling in one of Selman & Company's TRICARE, CHAMPVA, or TRICARE Reserve Select supplement plans is quick and easy. The process can take as little as 10 minutes of your time but has a lasting effect.
Selman & Company provides several options for enrolling in one of our supplement plans. The easiest is to complete the online enrollment on this web site. Click the button at the bottom of this web page and simply follow the instructions. You first complete the information required for the enrollment form. Then you select a payment method. That's all there is to it.
Another option for enrolling in one of Selman & Company's supplement plans is to request a brochure from this website. You will receive your brochure in a few days. Once you have received the brochure, complete the included form and return it, along with your initial payment if paying by check, or with your completed Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) form.
The final option is to call one of our customer service representatives to request a brochure. Our representative will as for some basic information and will mail the correct brochure to you. Complete the form and attach your check or completed EFT form and return them to Selman & Company.
TRICARE PLAN ELIGIBILITY
Please ensure that you are TRICARE-eligible before enrolling. A person is eligible for TRICARE if they are:
- a military retiree, their spouses, or an unmarried eligible dependent children
- a military retiree, age 65 or older, who is not eligible for Medicare
- a former spouse, a surviving spouse, or unmarried eligible dependent children
- an active-duty spouse or eligible dependents who use TRICARE Standard
CHAMPVA PLAN ELIGIBILITY
Military families are eligible for the CHAMPVA Supplement Plan if they are:
- The spouse or child of a veteran who has been rated 100% permanently and totally disabled from a service-connected disability by a VA regional office, or
- The surviving spouse or child of a veteran who died from a VA-rated service-connected disability, or who, at the time of death, was rated 100% permanently and totally disabled, or
- The surviving spouse or child of a veteran who died in the line of duty, not due to misconduct (in most cases, these family members are eligible for TRICARE, not CHAMPVA).
CHECK ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for one of Selman & Company's supplement plans you must be eligible for TRICARE, CHAMPVA, or TRICARE Reserve Select. The guidelines for eligibility in any of these programs can be found at the following websites:
