Determining your patient's eligibility for the TRICARE Supplement plan can be done one of three ways.

1. Simple eligibility checking system. You can check eligibility without speaking to someone. Please call our IVR system at 1-800-638-2610, option 2, 9:00am - 7:00pm ET, Monday - Friday and follow the prompts.

2. Online. Check your patient's eligibility online.

3. Contact Selman & Company directly. Contact one of our Customer Services representatives at 1-800-638-2610, option 2, 9:00am - 7:00pm ET, Monday - Friday.

Please make sure that you have the patient's member ID (located on the front of the ID card) when requesting coverage or eligibility inquiries.
