Selman & Company offers many different ways to enroll in our supplement. We work with your employer to establish the mechanism that fits best. Some employers choose to handle the process and others turn it over to Selman & Company. Either way, with Selman & Company as your trusted partner you can rest easy.
Selman & Company Supplement Plans are a valuable addition to your healthcare portfolio. We offer freedom and flexibility not only in expanding your healthcare options but in expanding your payment options as well. Payments for the Corporate TRICARE Supplement Plan can be made in one of two ways. Please contact your employer or Selman & Company (below) to find out which option is currently being implemented by your company.
PAYMENT THROUGH PAYROLL DEDUCTION
Employers have the option of making the plan available through their cafeteria plan (Section 125). For qualified cafeteria plans (Section 125) you can enjoy the benefit of premium payments made with pre-tax wages. Most employers choose this option.
PAYMENT THROUGH DIRECT BILL
Selman & Company's Corporate TRICARE Supplement is also available on a direct bill basis. Payments come directly from you, bypassing your employer. However, the direct-bill option does not offer a pre-tax savings benefit. Direct bill allows you to pay your premium by Electronic Funds Transfer or (EFT) or by check.
